TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By buying a part of the surface, you will be deemed to have read the terms and conditions.

2. Anybody can buy any size of the surface for 10 USD/1cm2. You have to buy a minimum of 10cm2. You have to buy minimum 10cm2. This can be any shape.

3. By buying a part of the surface, your image will be put on the car for the trip and your logo will be put on the website too, with a link to your webpage.

4. When you buy a piece of the surface you will not "own" any part of the Maserati or the homepage, but you rather are granted the right to submit an image on the car and the homepage. The image on the homepage will be linked with your homepage.

5. When you buy a piece of the surface, you will get a random generated code. If somebody fills in your code in the "reference" field while registering, you will get 10% of his money.

6. You can write or appear anything on the surface you bought (for example: names, logos, company names, license plate numbers, messages, webpage addresses, etc.). It can not be obscene, offensive, adult image/links. I have the right, to decide what is appropriate for the car and the site. If you submit an image and a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your surface on the car.

7. You can not change your image and link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage and the car. The webpage will remain for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need to change your image or link.

8. If your image and link are accepted and published, you can not get a refund.

9. The site and the homepage with pictures of the tour and the car and with all the links and images will be there for at least 5 years, starting from the day it is launched.

10. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage and the car, you can do that, but you will not get a refund of any kind and the space will become publically available again.

11. Images must NOT be animated. (It is impossible to put on the car)

12. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

13. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.

14. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your surface go live on the homepage.

15. The images all together will be put on the car 2 weeks before the trip. Until that the images will only be available on the webpage.

16. Your image and link can be put on the web page during the trip, but your image can not be put on the car if you submit that after the 1st July, 2007.

17. In case of injury of the car, the injured part will immediately be replaced. All the logos should travel the whole trip.

18. I have the right to cancel the TRIP before the start for any reason. In this case I pay back half of the money to everybody, who bought a part of the surface of the car. For half price the website will be operated for the promised 5 years.

19. In case of an accident and serious personal injury or death during the trip, I have the right to cancel the TRIP. In this case they are not bound to pay back the money.

20. The planned route of the tour is announced in the TRIP menu. The organizer has the right to differ from the planned route, but he touches to checkpoints planned. As the trip is being organized, the places where the car will be parked at each checkpoint will be announced in the TRIP menu

21. All the pictures and videos of the car tour, that will be published on the www.worldcartour.com website are copyright of the organizer of the World Car Tour.

22. Data protection notice: Any personal data that you supply to the organizers or authorize the organizer to obtain from a third party, for example a credit card company, will be only used by the organizer to administrate the project and will not be given to a third person.

23. Once you have ordered and the funds have been cleared (eg. In my PayPal or bank account), I will aim to get your surface and link online within 24-48 hours. (But please have patience if things kick off and loads of people order at the same time)

24. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, but I will try and keep these to a minimum.
